Cross River Rentals – What to Bring

What We Provide

  • Snowmobiles that are full of fuel & oil and ready to ride.
  • One DOT approved helmet with every sled rented. Additional helmets are available for $10.
  • Trail maps & suggestions on snowmobile routes.
  • Instruction on the safe operation of the sled.
  • Damage inspection when snowmobile is returned.

What You Should Bring

  • Credit card for damage deposit.
  • Valid driver´s license for all drivers. You must be at least 21 to rent a snowmobile, at least 18 years old to drive.
  • MN residents born after 12/31/76 need to present their MN Snowmobile Safety Certificate.

  • Riding is the most fun when you are warm, so dress in layers.
    Wear warm boots, gloves or mittens, neck warmer, warm jacket and snow pants (bibs).
  • Your own helmet as long as it is DOT approved.
  • Clock. It is easy to loose track of time when you are having so much fun.
  • GPS is nice if you have one.
  • Camera
